This hotel has a great location as it’s close to everything in the city, including restaurants and shops. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amazing views from higher floors. the breakfast served is delicious and a great way to start the day.

The customer service could use some improvement. Staff is not always available, and when they are, they are not very attentive or helpful.
